PSRAM support for Teensy 4.1! And other applicable boards 😉

Teensy 4.1 has pads for PSRAM chips to be added, but I was unable to find any mention of PSRAM in the entire mimxrt port. Nor could I find any discussions/issues/PRs, so figured I'd put in the request!
